Saturday March 2nd  1:40pm-2:30pm  Positive Posture: A Pilates Clinic with Kathryn!  Join us for 50 minutes after mat class  for a deep exploration into Kathryn's approach to Pilates & posture . We'll look at specific principles to improve upper body strength and flexibility . This  intensive  will include ways to release neck and shoulder tension as well as increase support. Coming in warm from mat class is ideal, but all are welcome!  Space will be limited.    SIGN UP HERE!

PRENATAL YOGA: The Month of Hearts & Hips!

Bring a friend, a partner or love to class as we expand past Savasana to learn simple massage techniques to help nurture and support each other during this special time. And don't worry if you come solo, you can always make a friend during class! 

Starting February 10th
Brandi Ryans, ryt, LMT, our resident Massage Therapist will also be our new Prenatal Yoga teacher. 

She's fresh from maternity leave and infusing her expertise into her teaching of expectant moms!

Yoga Tune Up® is more than ball rolling. Similar in many ways to pilates—at
its core, it's a workshop in how to deconstruct/ reconstruct and regress/ progress all contexts of movement.
It incorporates somatic movement, corrective exercises and asana to improve strength and mobility. Expanding on traditional asana and challenging yoga poses, we investigate what’s happening joint by joint in all planes of movement. Give your muscles extra love on Tuesdays & Thursdays!
