"What is Yin Yoga?"    In this workshop with hands on essential oil treatments we’ll explore the fundamental principles of Yin Yoga. Sweet surrender supported by essential oil treatments, administered while letting go in various postures.  In Yin Yoga we go to our edge & spend time there – in stillness.  This practice cultivates the release of connective tissue – fascia, joints, & ligaments. This sensational quiet practice cultivates deep listening and tuning in to yourself.   A TASTE OF YIN THURSDAY, MAY 30th  5:45pm - 7pm • $25.  This will fill up, get your spot  here .

We're moving our weekend Prenatal Yoga Class to 8 am on Sundays in the main studio. After each class Brandi will be offering meet and greets so you can connect with other moms-to-be in our community. Brandi will be available to answer any questions you may have about your practice & changing body.

*The last 12:30pm Prenatal Yoga class will be on Sunday May 26.

  Join Kathryn Meany after mat class for a 50- minute deep exploration into her approach to Pilates & posture. Improve lower body strength and balance, address foot work and increase flexibility. This intensive will include ways to release lower back tension as well as expand support. Space is limited to 10, so reserve your spot here for $30.

Just in time for summer, Kathryn Meany will teach a Pilates class giving new Moms & Dads the opportunity to take class without the need for a babysitter!

Yoga Tune Up® is more than ball rolling. Similar in many ways to pilates—at
its core, it's a workshop in how to deconstruct/ reconstruct and regress/ progress all contexts of movement.
It incorporates somatic movement, corrective exercises and asana to improve strength and mobility. We expand on traditional asana and investigate what’s happening joint by joint in all planes of movement. Give your muscles extra love on Tuesdays & Thursdays!
