Yoga Tune Up® is more than ball rolling. Similar in many ways to pilates—at
its core, it's a workshop in how to deconstruct/ reconstruct and regress/ progress all contexts of movement.
It incorporates somatic movement, corrective exercises and asana to improve strength and mobility. Expanding on traditional asana and challenging yoga poses, we investigate what’s happening joint by joint in all planes of movement.  Give your muscles extra love on Tuesdays & Thursdays!

BASIC VINYASA + RESTORE
WITH LIZ

fridays @ 8:00pm - 9:15pm

Work your body with a basic flow, then restore both body and mind in this class  geared towards physical inquiry, self-compassion and gratitude. Each class ends with a delicious restorative pose to get you relaxed & ready for the weekend!
