We're moving our weekend Prenatal Yoga Class to 8 am on Sundays in the main studio. Bring your partner or support person! After each class Brandi will be offering meet and greets so you can connect with other moms-to-be in our community. Brandi will be available to answer any questions you may have about your practice & changing body.

Tune Up FLow® with jackie

Yoga Tune Up® is more than ball rolling. Similar in many ways to pilates—at
its core, it's a workshop in how to deconstruct/ reconstruct and regress/ progress all contexts of movement.
It incorporates somatic movement, corrective exercises and asana to improve strength and mobility. We expand on traditional asana and investigate what’s happening joint by joint in all planes of movement. Give your muscles extra love on Tuesdays & Thursdays!
