PRENATAL YOGA: bring a friend or partner to class…
we’ll expand past Savasana to learn simple massage techniques to help nurture and support each other during this special time. And don't worry if you come solo, you can always make a friend during class!
Brandi Ryans, RYT, LMT, our resident Massage Therapist is also our new Prenatal Yoga teacher. She's fresh from maternity leave and infusing her expertise into her teaching of expectant moms!

Yoga Tune Up® is more than ball rolling. Similar in many ways to pilates—at
its core, it's a workshop in how to deconstruct/ reconstruct and regress/ progress all contexts of movement.
It incorporates somatic movement, corrective exercises and asana to improve strength and mobility. Expanding on traditional asana and challenging yoga poses, we investigate what’s happening joint by joint in all planes of movement. Give your muscles extra love on Tuesdays & Thursdays!
