You’ll use specially designed high-grip rubber balls and focused movement routines that help penetrate through layers of skin and muscle to massage deeply into your high tension areas. This workshop will allow you to discover self-care techniques that will maintain and improve your strength and flexibility, preventing injuries in daily life and in high performance sports. Learn whole-body exercises, approved by physical therapists, pain medicine specialists, and chiropractors, to experience long-lasting positive changes in the rotator cuff, spine, neck, jaw, hips, IT band, calves, and feet.
