Welcome Brandi Ryans, LMT RYT, our resident Massage Therapist as our new Prenatal Yoga teacher.
She's fresh from maternity leave and infusing her expertise into her teaching exploring hip and heart opening sequences with our expecting moms.
Bring a friend, a partner or love to class as we expand past Savasana to learn simple massage techniques to help nurture and support each other during this special time. And don't worry if you come solo, you can always make a friend during class!
Whether you've practiced yoga in the past or are completely new to it, these classes are a great way to stay fit and flexible during pregnancy. (Any trimester is ok as long as your doctor approves.) Prenatal Yoga also offers an excellent way of preparing for the birth of your baby. We know that this time is precious so our Prenatal class cards have a 2-year expiration date. You'll have the space to take Prenatal classes, have your baby, then return when you're ready for our VERY special Parent/Baby Yoga class! It's a nice way for new mom's to connect.
